I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Sohar Hotel in Oman! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to major attractions and shopping areas, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, great value for money, and I would highly recommend Mercure Sohar to anyone visiting the area!

Easy to access modern hotel. My room was superb, suite like and lost of space to work, meet and relax. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good with more than sufficient choice for healthy, low calories or full (English) breakfast. Nice pool and a terrace with sufficient privacy. The hotel offers free parking space, which is ideal for the business guests visiting Sohar.

The Hotel room is clean and very pleasant and peaceful to stay. The breakfast is very good. Has a wide variety. All the staffs are very helpful. Thanks to Mr. Mansour the receptionist who welcomed us and also guided us to move around. We recommend this Hotel, if you want to relax as its very peaceful.

It's a well facilitated property for a three star hotel. Welcoming, helpful staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast. We stayed in this hotel for a night. Location is extremely convenient that we could reach some iconic places of the city in minutes.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and comfort!

The hotel is modern with good facilities and amenities. The breakfast buffet has good options, but I found it to be a little expensive for the price. The pool is great, but the number of sunbeds is less.

A modern hotel where we chose to break our road trip as it was conveniently located roughly half way between Dubai and Muscat. Staff, as everywhere in Oman, kind, attentive and pleasant. Food good and generous portions. Room was clean, comfortable and well enough equipped for a one-night-stay. Had trouble with RFID room key (seemed to be a recurring problem in Oman) but quickly sorted with new batteries in the lock! Hotel is clearly visible from the road so reasonably easy to find which was a bonus as we were not yet used to Omani road system. Decent breakfast buffet. A good choice of accommodation for what we wanted.

Perfect n Cozy stay in the heart of the sohar city. Facilities were good, Staff were super friendly specially Khulud Al Shidi ( Receptionist) with an awesome smile to welcome everyone n Gautam ( Catering staff) to help in every need.

I'm so sorry about my last review is not for the Mercury it was for the hotel I stayed in Sohar. I mixed it up all together ❤️ please forgive for my honesty mistake. I should specially mention Mr. Abdulrahman who helped with the check in and check out and going out of his ways to give us directions to the places we wanted to go and to understand the local culture. I should really say this, I love Oman and I love Omani people they are very warm hearted genuine people. Warm gratitude and love from the bottom of my heart. Sorry about the mistake made with incorrect review previously. Hope you forgive me. I'll be back guys ♡♡♡
